機会を断たれることによって生じる「孤独」や「精神的疾患」に対する
メンタルヘルス研究を通して、 新た

抱える方々の悩みを当事者、介護者

Beyond Barriers（ビヨンド バリアズ）は、テクノロジーの力で病気や障害に立ち向かい、
あらゆるバリアを超越し、誰もが生きること挑戦することを諦めないインクルーシブな社会を創造することを
ミッションに掲げている団体です。
動けない、立てない、歩けない、など様々な身体的障害を抱えながらも日々生きている方々は、日本では約336.3万人。
世界では約10億人近くいると言われています。
それでも、彼らの周りには、家族や友人、ヘルパー、介護者、医師など共に寄り添い、乗り越えようとする仲間がいます。
そして、私たちはテクノロジー（技術）の視点から、彼らと共に希望ある未来を切り開く仲間でありたいと考えています。
ハンデキャップを抱えている患者さんの「できない」を「できる」に変える。
彼らの夢や希望をテクノロジーの力で叶えてゆく。
これこそが、私たちの開発理念であり、原動力であります。
Beyond Barriersは、様々なハンディキャップを抱えている人々が障害という垣根を越え、
己に秘めた無限大の可能性に向かって挑戦できるよう、テクノロジー・メンタルヘルス・地域医療
という観点からバリアフリーな体験を創出していきます。
障害、福祉、医療、テクノロジー、研究などの異なる分野が、力を合わせ、考え、手を取り合い、
誰もが挑戦できるインクルーシブな社会の創造を目指しています。

Beyond Barriers uses the power of technology to combat disease and disability,
Beyond Barriers is an organization whose mission is to create an inclusive society that transcends all barriers, and where no one gives up on living and taking on challenges.
There are 3,363,000 people in Japan who live daily with various physical disabilities such as not being able to move, stand, or walk. It is said that there are nearly 1 billion people in the world.
They are surrounded by family members, helpers, caregivers, doctors, and others who fight and overcome together.
We want to be a part of their future with them from the viewpoint of technology.
We are committed to changing the "I can't" of handicapped patients into "I can".
We will make their dreams and hopes come true with the power of technology.
This is our own development philosophy and driving force.
Beyond Barriers is a project to help people with various handicaps transcend the barriers of disability and realize the unlimited potential they hold within themselves,
Beyond Barriers is a barrier-free experience in terms of technology, mental health, and community health care, so that people with various handicaps can overcome the barriers of disability and challenge themselves to reach their unlimited potential.
Barriers are created from the perspectives of technology, mental health, and community health care.
We will create barrier-free experiences from the perspectives of technology, mental health, and community medicine, so that people with disabilities, welfare, medicine, technology, and research can work together, think together, and work hand in hand,
We aim to create an inclusive world where everyone can take on challenges.
